I can do both the artwork and rigging for the model! 

This does not include designing however; a reference sheet will be required. If you don't have a reference sheet, a fee would be incurred, depending on the level of designing needed. 

The final price for a model still depends on many specifics, the base price includes Facial Feature rigging, Head Z, and Body Z.
