If you approach me for a live2d project with artwork, it is common for the artwork to not be sufficiently prepared for live2d. I can either write notes for the original artist and guide them in preparing the artwork, or I can prepare the artwork myself.
The final charge for the prep will depend on which method, as well as the image complexity.
